New Version!
Home Two-Axis Hardware

We're pleased to announce we’ve just released version 2.1 of our own controller system.  This consists of hardware/firmware and a Windows NT/2000 based graphical User Interface.  The firmware is our Two Axis System with improvements and updates to our operating software.

This newest graphical interface allows programming and production monitoring of user programs to operate the two-axis system servo system.  In these examples we are winding coils for electrical transformers.  The system is easily adapted for other types of two or less motion control applications.

  With simple buttons and a context sensitive help system we’ve assured ease of use and setup.

Access to machine settings are controlled via a 3 level password security.

By differentiating between operators, setup personnel and supervisors, control over critical machine setup parameters can be maintained.

Making movements in a program are as easy as moving the parts of the machine to where you want it to be, and with a click of the mouse the instruction is created for you and placed into the program.  It's that easy!

Some of the Graphical User Interface features;

  • Easy “point and click” programming and setup.
  • Online Help is just a keystroke, or mouse click away.
  • Security to restrict operator access to machine parameters.
  • Unlimited program storage, local and network.
  • A Microsoft COM interface for data exchange with spreadsheets or other scriptable software packages.
  • Easy setup and jogging of axes.  Move and a click will teach the position.
  • Operator prompting and display of messages during machine operations.

  With over a 100 of these systems in the field proving their reliability and now with version 2.1 of our simple to use interface and our latest machine operating system we think we have an unbeatable combination of value and performance.   For examples of where our systems are used visit Bachi Company or George Stevens Manufacturing.
